A woman hires a young actor to help her recreate a long-past first date. Through repetition, reconstruction, and play, she attempts to relive the experience of that date. The film explores the human relationship with the past. After a series of experiments and adjustments, she is forced to admit that—unlike actions—emotions cannot be truly repeated. But perhaps something new can still be felt in the present?
