The film is dedicated to a unique historical event, the Baltic Way. Rather than a historical story, it’s a journey through the labyrinths of memory. Do events in memory and time really remain authentic? What tricks does memory play with time? The film is a trip by motorcycle from Tallinn to Vilnius, measuring something more than the kilometers of the Baltic Way and its memorials. It is one trip and three passengers. Do we recognise ourselves in the past today, or are our memories just what is captured in photographs?
