Is art greater than life? What does it take to make art and have a family together? As interdisciplinary artists Nomeda and Gediminas Urbonas prepare for their career retrospective, their filmmaker daughter reflects on what it means to grow up in a family of artists.

Gabrielė Urbonaitė is a Lithuanian writer, director and editor who works in fiction and documentary. Gabrielė earned her BFA in Film from Emerson College and her MFA in Screenwriting / Directing from Columbia University. She is a recipient of National Lithuanian Film Award Silver Crane for her short film "The Swimmer".
