Colours in the animation world are the most important value – almost as material goods in the world of humans. That is why everybody rides eye-catching coloured cars and wears glittering clothes. But one day colours start disappearing. The town’s mayor, who is preparing for an election and the biggest colour festival, invites Cameron the detective chameleon and his partner Paca the alpaca.
