Movie Description
Before the Baltic Way in 1989, four Franciscan brothers set out on a trip of penance to the dunes of the Curonian Spit. Thirsty and hungry, they carry three stone blocks until they are absolutely exhausted. From these blocks, they build a makeshift altar. Thirty years later, already married, they return with their families to find this relic from the past. The brothers are trying to rethink celibacy, an administrative decree issued by the Roman Catholic Church hundreds of years ago. What will the monks find after 30 years?
