Movie Description
Seeking an escape from her domestic troubles, Ieva leaves her daughter with grandparents and comes to an artist residency in Kintai. There, the young artist and her friend Vadim proceed to produce a musical performance, The Robot and The Butterfly. This might be her chance to recapture creative self- realisation. But sensing that the show may come short of her expectations, Ieva starts to question whether her creative activities and the rocky relationship with Vadim are worth sacrificing her connection with daughter for. It is a light and comical story about a woman trying to negotiate a balance between maternal and artistic callings.
