Movie Description
The film portrait of the painter Nomeda Saukienė explores the topic of one’s calling in life in an unusual way. Nomeda is not a member of any group of artists, not a signatory of manifests. Her way of life is tranquil and patient: one of a woman, a mother and, as of very recently, a grandmother. As for creating art, that she does in a small town of Dusetos, by the side of her famous painter husband Šarūnas Sauka, but only when there is enough time for it. “No painting is worth a child’s tear,” says Nomeda.
